PSD and Pro Romania have already declared their intention to vote against the government investiture, which means 223 votes right from the start are lost to Florin Cîțu. The remaining 10 votes (233 needed to pass or deny him the nomination) can easily be garnered by PSD by negotiations with national minorities or non-inscrits, while PNL will have to contend with PMP's support.
